True Motive products are food supplements. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep products out of the reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to a qualified health professional before use.

We may change, pause or close any part of the site at any time.

You may not copy or scrape the site for commercial use without written permission, misuse the site, upload harmful or illegal content, or resell our products without written permission.

We try to describe products accurately. Photos are for illustration. Small differences in colour or packaging can happen. If a product is not as described, your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights still apply.

When you place an order you offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for a pricing or stock error, failed payment checks, suspected fraud or resale, or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel after payment, we refund you.

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where VAT applies. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Code MOTIVE20 gives 20% off eligible products when entered at checkout, subject to the discount rules. We can change or end a promotion at any time.

Payment is through Shopify Payments and the methods shown at checkout.

Shipping is set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

Returns follow our Refund Policy.

If you leave a review, you give us a non-exclusive right to use it on the site. We may remove content at any time.

If a price or description is obviously wrong, we can cancel the order and refund you.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything UK law does not allow us to exclude. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss of profit, data or business. Faulty goods are handled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland keep their local mandatory rights and may use local courts.
