Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Standard UK delivery
3–5 working days after dispatch.
£3.95 on orders under £45.
Free on orders of £45 or more.

Express UK delivery
1–2 working days after dispatch.
£6.95.
Shown at checkout when available.

The free-shipping threshold is the order subtotal after discounts.

Orders usually leave on working days (Monday–Friday, not UK bank holidays). You get a tracking email when the order is dispatched.

Enter your address carefully. We are not responsible for delay or loss caused by an incorrect address. If a parcel comes back to us, we will email you. Re-sending may be charged.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control. If there is a long delay, email Truemotiveone@gmail.com

If the box arrives damaged, photograph the box and the products and email us within 14 days. If tracking shows no delivery and the courier cannot find the parcel, contact us and we will replace or refund it if it is confirmed lost.

We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
